When students arrive at our Chinese Summer Camp, they’re greeted with a welcome pack full of essential items to make their camp experience unforgettable.
Here’s a detailed look at what’s inside the bag.
1. Camp Backpack
Every camper receives a durable and stylish backpack. This backpack is designed to carry all the camp essentials.
2. Camp T-shirt
You’ll also get a cool camp T-shirt to wear during outdoor activities.
3. Personal Cup
Each camper receives a personal reusable cup, perfect for staying hydrated throughout the camp.
4. Activity Book & Writing Paper
Every camper will get a Camp Activity Book of his/her Chinese level filled with engaging cultural and outdoor activities for each day of Camp, along with a Writing Paper to practice hand-writing Chinese characters.
5. Pencil Case
Each camper receives a pencil case. This set is perfect for taking notes, drawing, and completing activities in the camp’s activity books.
6. Lost Tag
Every camper is provided with a plastic Lost tag card. It can be shown to locals in case of emergency.
7. Little Gifts to Bring Home
Campers will also get unique Camp gifts — pandas and other elements of Chinese culture — to bring home as a memorable present to family and friends. But to do so, they will need to complete activities during the week and get Camp Kuai, or camp money. Camp kuai can be used to bargain and buy things at our Friday Flea Market.
