Henry’s Summer Camp Experience
Q: What was your favourite part of Chinese summer camp?
My favourite part of the camp is going on the field trips because you get to go outside and do things that you normally wouldn’t do. So one time we went to Tianzifang and we bargained for things that we wanted to buy in Chinese which was really fun. We also went to a really cool science museum and we got to see a lot of animals and robots and one of them even played the piano!
Q: What did you think of the Chinese classes?
I think that my teacher made Chinese a lot more fun because she taught us things that we wanted to learn. For example, one day we learned about how to tell directions. Another day we learned about the utensils and plates, all in Chinese. And also, she’s not strict. 他不是严的老师 so I think it’s a lot more fun to do Chinese with her.
Q: Would you recommend the camp to your friends?
I would like to recommend the camp to my friends because you get to learn Chinese and have fun and meet new people and I think that lots of my friends would enjoy the camp because you get to learn Chinese and have fun all at the same time.
Q: Will you come back to Chinese Summer Camp?
If I have to go to a Chinese camp again, I’d probably choose this one because it’s the best one I’ve been to out of all four and I think by far it’s been the most fun and I’ve learned the most.
